exaliQ:SC – Demand-based performance for a clear pipe

The safety of your pipes and maintaining the value of your home. This is what Grünbeck’s exaliQ dosing systems in combination with the exaliQ mineral solutions take care of. By dosing natural mineral substances (phosphates and silicates) into your drinking water, a protective layer is generated on the inside of the pipe which effectively averts corrosion damage. In addition, it prevents the precipitation of scale. For the safety you deserve.
With Grünbeck dosing, mineral substances that are harmless to health are added to the water in a perfectly harmonised composition. These are mainly silicates and phosphates (silica).
The exaliQ:SC series consists of systems with suction lances where the dosing tank is placed separately on the floor, right beside the system. The mineral solution is drawn from the canister via the suction lance and dosed into the pipe by means of the exaliQ’s pump unit. Grünbeck’s consumption-optimised, stackable canisters come in sizes of 15 and 60 litres. Both systems, the system with suction lance as well as the compact system, are also available as variants for operation in combination with the softliQ water softeners. These systems not only save you money, but valuable time as well because an additional adaptation of the pipe for the installation of these combination devices is not required. The product variants exaliQ:KC6-e and exaliQ:SC6-e for softliQ:SD/MD softeners already come with a connecting cable. This cable is used to establish the data exchange via the communication interface iQ Comfort.
Intelligent:
Thanks to the green LED ring, the exaliQ system can communicate various status messages. In addition, your system permanently checks the filling level of the mineral solution and alerts you in good time when the filling level is low or an empty signal is pending.
Intuitive:
The modern, intuitive control panel features a backlight which changes subject to the respective system status. That way, you are always kept informed on the operating states of your exaliQ system. Thanks to distinct keys, you will be able to operate the system with ease. The highest level of user-friendliness is guaranteed.
Demand-based:
The new, consumption-optimised and stackable canisters of 15 and 60 litres allow for demand-based dosing – even in case of large buildings. The new canisters make handling the mineral solutions a lot easier as they can be stacked more easily than the preceding models and are sturdier, too.
Advanced:
The newly developed, intelligent control unit continuously records the dosing data over a period of an entire year and you can easily and conveniently read them out via a USB flash drive. Getting to the interface is easy, too. You only need to open the hinged door of the equipment compartment.
Flexible:
Thanks to the conversion kit for 60-litre suction lance (order no. 117 490), it is possible to change from a 15-litre canister to a 60-litre canister.
